She now is committed to creating a culture at Homeland Industrial Supply where an exceptional customer experience is at the core of everything we do.

Chief Operations Officer
Patrick has been in executive leadership positions with a variety of companies over the last 20 years, and brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and distribution strategies. He, like Donna, is passionate about creating a culture at Homeland Industrial Supply that benefits customers, employees, vendor partners, and the communities we serve.

Kris has brought Homeland a wealth of experience and expertise in business to business sales, with over 17 years, as an award winning outside sales professional. She has been in the Industrial Chemical Industry for 9 years. It has been a smooth transition to her current position as a Regional Sales Manager, as Kris is a natural born leader. Her interpersonal strengths & skills have brought her much success in sales and management.

Aija Kim has 13 years of experience in chemical sales, with eight years at Homeland Industrial Supply. Known for her leadership and strong client relationships, Aija consistently delivers exceptional results. As Regional Sales Manager, she combines her expertise and strategic vision to drive growth and mentor her team, while continuing to strengthen client partnerships. Her focus on collaboration and customized solutions has made her a key contributor to Homeland’s success and industry growth.
